I've looked at many of the photos/videos you post. Sometimes I comment, sometimes not. This is the first one I've seen that makes me think you may have something. It's very interesting!

I'm curious to know the exact location in Maryland, since that's where I live.

...almost forgot, to me, it looks like a wild indian on a wild horse thrashing up from the ground. it's lovely. awesome pic no matter what it is.

why do some people try to be something they are not? NOBODY can say for sure if that is male of female.. i'll never understand... but anyway, thats a really cool picture, too bad there isn't anymore detail :)
