this picture was taken in a series of random pictures one right after the other. he took a total of close to 20 on the porch in a row with only moments in between. this was the only one with these things in it. the pic right before and after are the exact same view and angle, nothing.. so i doubt it is anything on the camera. my opinion..

the angles are too precise. The circle and peaks are too crisp IMO. Looks like something on the lens or a particle close to it

There were no rope lights on the porch. the orange haze is from the street lights. not sure about the green haze.
