I can see your point. And I can't speak for any other site, including that one. But as far as G&H goes, there are two sides to that coin. Yes, by posting anything on the internet anywhere by that fact you're making that information public. But on the other hand, a large part of any community site is the sharing of information. Its what made the internet great, before it became overrun with porn sites. Sharing stories, experiences, ideas, thoughts and passions is what makes us stand out.

I understand as a publicist how keeping your information rights safe is important, and I would agree someone could easily use it to write a book with. Very excellent point. But at the same time, I don't think we should let the fear of that keep us from sharing information.

Gifted, I don't think I will because I need them for my own use. Just wanted to share for anyone interested.

And what type of publicist are you? Just for future reference. Never know when I may need one :cheer:

Hi there...I would suggest NOT filling out that questionnaire. The disclaimer on Chip's page says they can use your notes in any way they like...and this can mean on ads, in the book, etc. As a publicist, I can tell you that you never want to give away your personal stories this easily. Know how they will be using your story EXACTLY and only sign a release for that. (Just had to throw my two cents in here...)

Chip Coffey is writing a book called "Growing Up Psychic" which will contain stories from people (adults and kids included) about their experiences growing up psychic. I'm still on the fence about doing this myself, since many of my experiences are going into my own book, but I'll post the link to the questionnaire in case anyone else is interested.
