As of late, there have been people interested in information about communicating with spirits. I have found a site that is informational and insightful for anyone interested.

In doing my own research, I have found the same things...talking with an experienced medium and meditation. There are other different ways to communicate as well and this site is full of options. I hope this is helpful for others as it was for me.
