I have to admit, I downloaded this and zoomed in and enhanced...
Generally when you do that things such as this turn out to have a simple explanation. But in this case it actually became more interesting.
Looks like a person or a face. I'm more inclined to look at it as a person. The edge of the "face" is too crisp and defined. But when you look at it as a full bodied entity, it makes more sense.
