Dont lens flares stay in one place of the image though? If you're talking about the two orb like objects on the investigators shirt..let me also point out there is another on the opposite side of this image just on the side of the pic frame in the right hand corner

You're right. I find some cameras with more rounded lenses are more prone to internal reflection.
