Thats a good idea, i shall give that suggestion a go, was saving up for a DVR with audio on 4 channels but there expensive, would be a cheaper alternative to do what you suggested cheers crystalcross, i can put the money i`ve saved up towards a thermal imaging camera now
What you may want to do, and just a suggestion. Is to take a voice recorder and place it in the room and start recording as well. Then at the beginning of the session just take 2 sticks and slap them together. This will create an instantaneous visual and audio mark which can be used to synchronize the audio with the video. Just a thought. Audio just helps sometimes to know whats happening.
Your correct, there was no audio, the DVR i use has no audio to it as it use`s 4 cameras so if it had audio it would be damn hard to tell where the audio is coming from
