Based on the flight trajectory, I'd say a bug.

I agree - definately a bug by it's speed and trajectory.

I know this is possibly a Bug or insect. But I figured I'd put it out there and let everyone decide for themselves. Again it seems to disappear even though it remains in the full strength of the IR light.

I've repeated it several times, and slowed it way down so you can see it better. Also in the final repeat I've zoomed in so you can see it better.
