I can barley hear it but it was all messy sounding..

I can't make out what it says.

The fact that it happens just as a car goes by makes it very suspect.
Could be a radio or a cell phone.

The "I want you dead" is a tough one as there is a car passing and it could be the car hitting something causing the tires to make an outside sound. I am sorry I live in the philosophy of when in doubt you must throw it out! And the car passing puts me in doubt. The singing I do hear and find that to be a possible good EVP, probably what I would call a level 3...there is a lot of static with it and makes it very hard to hear. But a very good catch.

I can't say as I'm hearing it. Wish I did, sounds interesting.
