Its audacity cc not sure. Just downloaded and sent it. Can't figure out how to remove background noise to enhance the sounds still

What kind of codec is this using, when I listened to it, and looked at the waveform, it looks saturated.

Probably just something on my computer. I'll try it from my phone next.

I had to play this over and over, not sure but I thought it said "be quiet" in a southern accent. I might have to listen to it again to be sure. But that is some good EVP work undertaker1!
