interesting orb photo and scratch photo

I wonder if the orb could be the flash reflecting off the circle on the young man's shirt? It's about the right size.

The scratches are interesting, though.

this pic was taken at montrose cemtary while there investagating some people showed up wanted to take a pic with one of our investagtors if you look right over the top of the young mans hand you can see a orb that if you zoom in looks like a form of a face the second pic is of an investagator that was scratched that night
