The Ovulus X is a device (not cheap) which has various sensors onboard. It then uses the information gathered from those sensors and feeds it into a large vocabulary of words. The word selection is then triggered based on the readings from these sensors. Thus in theory allowing spirit entities to decide which words and when to trigger the words. Once the word is picked, its then spoken by a text to speech engine built into the device.
