Trying to hear what they are saying 2

I have to say I've spent the last 30 minutes going over it and over it. I'm not finding anything. I hear some noises, but they sound mechanical in nature. Nothing that sounds like a voice. But then that's just me. I've been known to be wrong.

This is from the same location. I think it is agreeting. What do you think?
