Thank you BlackHeartFilms! There are actually lion cubs in the shot and an adult male on the top tear...my cell sucks with zooming in lol.

It is actually from the sun. You can tell with the sun glare crossing on your picture. Sometimes it happens when the sun is in the picture or at an angle to where it can cause a glare. Depending on your camera you should has a setting that will help with out door shots. Nice looks lions den though!

It looks too foggy to be a lens flare, and it doesn't seem like the lense is dirty. It could very be something.

I was at the zoo yesterday and took this at the lion enclosure...yea I know bad pic of the lions but I had to try lol...and this yellowish faded blur showed up. I have taken pics here before and this has never happened. Reflection of the sun? Lens flare? I used my cell to take the pic. Any insight as to what this may be will help. Thanks
