That looks like a reflection to me as well.

This house is the Spencer-Silver Mansion Bed & Breakfast in Havre de Grace, MD. Here's a link to an article about possible spirit activity in the house.

I stayed in the house for a weekend a few years ago. I did not know at that time that it had spirit activity. Although, I felt "spooked" while I was there. Just that creepy feeling, especially in a bathroom upstairs. I just felt like there was possibly the presence of a man spirit. However, it could have been that the house was old, creaky, and it was very quiet that weekend. I think my husband and I may have been the only guests.
