Hey haunts, I have a question for you--
I'm having a hard time finding places to investigate. How do you find new locations? Ive done a lot of web research but it seems the only places I can find are either public places or private locations that wouldnt be accessible at night. How do you approach the property owners about a possible investigation? Do people come to YOU with cases? If so, how do they find you? I live in Minneapolis, MN and its only just becoming warm enough to be outside at night. Are there kinds of locations that are easily accessible? All help would be appreciated~
