Any kind of electronic form is good. Even if it is just Word on your computer. As long as there's something with an electronic time stamp.

I get these types of dreams a lot. It seems to come six months or sooner for me sometimes. The one of the ones I remember the most is losing my dog to cancer. I tried to help him and to prevent his death but it still happened. Sometimes I wonder if I had lived this life before or I travel into the future to recognize the events that just happened. I dunno I can't explain the unexplained. Sometimes I feel things just happen for a reason. : (

@Paula: Good idea ;) We can get feisty in here sometimes

@Billy, blogging is a great idea actually. I agree, paper and pen can be refuted too easily.

My dreams are extremely vivid. I think the best thing people can do is document them. Blogging dreams is a great tool for time and date...ect. This way when you tell someone "I had a dream about this happening", no one can dispute about whether or not you wrote it after the fact.

Unfortunately documenting in ink is no longer evidence of proof.

First, Paula, you confused me!

Second, you're right, you don't know really until the event happens that you had a precognitive dream. The best we can do is document the dreams we remember so that we can reference them later. I have super vivid dreams all the time and they are definitely not all precognitive. I can only really think of two times I've had them.

This subject has been brought up on a few threads let’s have a discussion about this.

True precognitive dreams are rare for most of us. These are not your everyday deja-vu dreams , but involve actual foreknowledge of events with which you couldn't possibly have had any conscious connection.

From accounts in literature on the subject, these types of dreams seem to be mostly tragic in nature and serve as a dire warning of sorts. It's an interesting fact that scores of people dreamt about 9/11 months before it happened. But not until after it came to pass, did they realize that their dreams were actually prophetic.

How do you know if a dream is truly a prophetic one? You don't really. People have reported these dreams to be super-vivid, with content just seems out of the ordinary. Also, like message dreams, they have a progressive sequence of events, or story line.
