I see several issues with this picture that prevent it from being real, so I would have to dub it as a fake.

First, if you notice that the photographer (supposedly Steve) does not employ a camera level, the angle of the camera is all off. Steve would NEVER do that!
Second, the use of a telephoto lens for cemescape photography, would never happen.
Third, its not a NIKON!!!!! Eweeee!
Fourth, where on earth would you get a 170mm IR filter?
