Well, it was a great idea, so I've added it to the implementation.
We now have a full iPhone, pda, and iMode ready mobile site. It should auto-sense the platform you are coming from. And you can override the site settings and still pull up the full desktop site even from a mobile device though.

We'll be tweaking and fixing up the mobile site as we progress. Great suggestion. Always looking for ways to improve.

Great idea! Do you have some sugestions as to how a mobile version of the sight may lay out?

I know I use the site all the time from my HTC EVO phone, love it! But its not really a mobile version of the site. I'm trying to think how a mobile version may lay out.

Now one thing I will say, most every portion of this site has the capability of RSS feeds (you'll see the buttons towards the bottom). So you can use any RSS/News feed reader application for iPhone or Droids to pull in the feed and keep yourself updated on the forums which you like best.

I have to say I 100% agree with you. And I apologize for the drab look. I'm trying to work quickly to get the function part up, and then I'll work on embellishing the form. Unfortunately being a programmer I sometimes put function before form. But I promise before I'm done I'll spruce things up.

so I'm new as of about 10 min ago maybe... it seems ok so far... a little bland obviously needs more members but that will come withtime... although the lay out is ok (I'm using my iPhone) just seems like I needs a little bit to spice it up... I am full of opinions and suggestion just ask, I'll poke around the site a little more =]
