Hello from Okinawa!

My cousin lived in Okinawa for six years as her husband was in the Navy.

Also, my friend Bob, whom I call DuraH, spent his formadable teenage years in Japan as his father was a Navy officer. I lived with him for three years and he taught me a lot about the culture and traditions.

Also, I have always been fascinated with Eastern religion and practices.

Hello... or I suppose I should say Konnichiwa lol. My name is Jami and I am a lover of all things paranormal ( although i really have a weakness for El Chupacabra.. not sure how that happened but I find it fascinating and kinda cute lol)

I have been researching the paranormal since I was about 17 years old in one group or another ( some more professional than others) and only recently decided to take the plunge and start my own paranormal site and research team. I couldn't be more excited to really jump in and be a more active member of the paranormal community and look forward to getting to meet everyone and maybe learn a thing or two while I'm at it lol.

My organization is named Okinawa Paranormal Files and we do have a website and facebook page for anyone interested. Okinawa is a fantastic island for paranormal research with its military history and rich folklore.
