The one "Dot" on the top left I am thinking is a dust orb. But honestly I'm a bit more intrigued by the streak of light above the window curtain to the right. It looks like it may have been light coming through a door that was slightly cracked open. But I'm not seeing it follow down into th window itself. Somewhat strange. Also I see a range light through the middle of the window.
