I see the mist too.. It looks human in shape and short, like child height to me. Very Interesting

I do see the mist.. interesting.

All I see here is a person walking into the woods. What am I missing?

Very interesting picture! So here's what I did, I took the image and separated the layers. It looks as though its a full spectrum or IR shot. These are always defined and evident by the lack of the "Green" primary color.



So, increased the brightness of the colors and spread the distribution so that all 3 primary colors are even. This made most of it appear more white. The areas which are now coming out as magenta are those with more density in the IR range. You can see that the area with the mist has a higher IR brightness (warmer) than the rest of the image. I also cropped that area, and expanded it a bit.

Also it appears to be somewhat human in shape. Very interesting image.
