I've seen photos with similar effects caused by hair and threads and sometimes even a camera strap. Not saying that's what it is, but it's an interesting photo.

Forgot to say , it didn't go through X-ray at an airport because the person travelled by bus, within Canada, to the hotel.

I am not having any luck finding the negatives for the photo's but can tell you the photo's either side of this one (and the other on this website) were clear, no anomalies.

I also found a brief excerpt from Unexplainable.net – Watching The World Change : -

In Saskatoon, which is a city located in the central part of Saskatchewan, the Delta Bessborough Hotel can be found. There is a ghost who is known by the employees to roam about the premises. The ghost has been described as an older man, who usually appears in a gray suit with a fedora upon his head. Employees tend to see this figure walking about the hotel in the banquet level. His ghost tends to walk about the late part of the evening. If you should happen to cross paths with this resident ghost is not considered a threat. He usually smiles at those he encounters and goes about his business, not bothering anyone or causing any harm. Some have said that he is so lifelike that you may not even know it is his ghost that you have met up with. If you happen to share your encounter with the staff, they will most likely share the tale of the ghost with you; it is a popular story for those who have been working at the hotel for a long time.

It was a film camera, not a digital camera. I will keep looking for the negative.

This one has me curious. I've been going over it, enhanced it, changed the brightness, examined the various colors. And its very curious. It almost looks like a film issue. Either during developing or if you went through an X-Ray at an airport.

Quite frankly I'm stumped. There are certain aspects of this which cause me to think it was not something that was "THERE" at the time the picture was taken. I wish I could see the negative.

Or was it a digital photo?
