On further looking I think you may have meant the figures in the background near the dot which appears to be the tail light you were referring to.

I took the image and loaded into some photo software, cropped just that area.
Then I enhanced the dark areas to bring them into the light. Its a bit grainy, because thats just the nature of a photograph in the dark when you enhance it. But I think you can see that they appear to be grave stones.

Very impressive. I'm curious. You mean the guy walking there in the hat was not accounted for? You don't recognize him?
If so, thats about the best image I've ever seen of a unexplained full figure experience.
