It was not foggy the night this pic was taken. It wasn't cold out either.

Is it fog?

Addendum. When I pulled it up, and zoomed in. Any and all images I saw in the fog disappeared. That's a clear indication that what we have here is a case of matrixing. Making order out of chaos.

Fog is a bit like scrying. The more you look into it, the more you see in it. But there is one thing that really caught my eye almost immediately. And thats a greek goddess looking figure on the left. Almost looks like the mythical PAN image.
