Good comparison shot. The only reason I worry about those spots in your other pictures is because you are doing an outdoor investigation. Even on a dry night, moisture can get into pictures. Dust/pollen is very prevalent as well, even if we're not aware of it. Plus, the shots you have can be recreated under normal circumstances. That's why I'm hesitant to call it paranormal or even unusual. I'm not trying to be confrontational or start something, just trying to explain myself more.

This is another shot showing how the spots are not in every picture, it was a very clear, dry night with almost no wind

Not seeing anything paranormal here, what am I missing?
