More than likely dust particles. Just seemed odd that they appear to be coming from the emergency room entrance of the hallway to the left. Thanks for the feedback!

I'm no Paranormal expert but it looks like six orbs in a half circle. If they are dust particles are they already on the lens or are they floating as the person is taking the picture? I'm just asking from a spectator point of view.
