This is not a camera shutter problem, sorry for the delay. If you look closely on the bottom right side of the screen you will see a white bar. This is some object (wall, paper, part or a cabinet, etc) that was caught very close to the flash on the digital camera. This made the object BRIGHT white. SO bright in fact that it caused an effect known as blaring or blooming. The camera in that area is saturated to the extent where it creates a haze. This only happens on digital cameras, and only on some digital cameras.

It was a digital Camera and all the rest of the pics taken during that same times were clear as a bell, but that one.

I see the mist but also a blurry pic as well. Is this maybe a camera shutter problem
