Good photo, but i believe the orbs you may be showing us is just simple dust. Dust lights up in light or flash from the camera causing orbsid you have lights or flash on when taking this.?
Alot of times orbs are easily found to be dust or bugs in the air. If you take another photo of the same thing usually these will be gone from the second picture.
Always make sure the lens is free of debree and anything that may give a image. If possible try to use no flash or no lighting to keep from getting these affects. I would like to know if it may be a shadow from the fanblade on the ceiling though. Very good pictures though keep taking them and sure will get something soon. There are spirits out there just trying to see them in a photo is not always easy.. I do see a darkened spot on the ceiling above the fan bade. D
