Well after taking a closer look I don't think its light effects. Generally on lens flares or other light effects the patterns within multiple effects on a given pictures would match. Clearly on this one they do not.

As I said before, its possible its dust or something similar. Just seems a bit big for that. Just never seen a orb that big caused by dust. But thats just me.

Could be a light effect, f its dust its very close to the camera. Possible though.
