my ghost picture

It looks like a filter option from a laptop or webcam. I've taken photos with laptop webcam as well.

Was a filter option set on the camera?

I'm not sure this is anything. It is very unusual. Did you feel any Cold feelings, dizziness, out of place when the photo was taken? Apparitions don't normally show up like this. However I'm not debunking this. Something happened. More info might help.

the photo is kind of distorted and there is no exif data, what did you capture the photo with?

I took many pictures that night. And after going through all of them. This picture appeared. I felt a slight jolt when I took this one. I'm not sure what to make of it.
