I agree. Looks like two things stacked with small light source (candle or light from a window) nearby.

CC That's what I thought too before seeing your image. Looks like a box sitting on top of another box plus a photo taken with no flash and some small bit of light coming through.

Actually what you're seeing here is just a sliver of light hitting the corner of some object. Can't quite make out what object it is, looks like a bucket or something. Hard to tell.
