Most of the Llewellyn books are readily available on Amazon, also.

I know a couple of good sources for books on the metaphysical/supernatural:

Since 1901 | Body, Mind & Spirit | Llewellyn Worldwide, Ltd.

both sell books on a variety of subjects that all here might be interested in.

I shall investigate them all and if I find the book, I'll be sure to let you guys know about it! And if any you want to borrow it when I'm done, let me know!

Check with your local used bookstore. Here in RI, I have had good luck with Myopic Books and Cellar stories, which are both in Providence.

spookydave wrote: Hi all,
I'm trying to get hold of a book called 'The Vertical Plane' by Ken Webster. Charts the story of what began as a haunting but ended by with the 'ghost' from centuries ago communicating thru the authors PC. Then he started getting messages from another 'agency' which appeared to come from the future. It is a factual account, so you can see why I'm after it.

It's out of print now, costs a small fortune on Amazon & Ebay, so I'm wondering if any of you good people can help.

Thanks Spooky D

I've read a book similar to that and it was very interesting [people channeling from the future].

Try the State Library. They have more books than the local library. Just maybe they might have it. I dunno its worth the shot. Unless paranormal books are banned from the state library.

Have you looked into second hand book shops in your area? If they don't have it, they have sources to help find copies of different books. Otherwise, I'd look into local libraries. But ultimately, if you can't find it in any of the above, you will probably have to break down and buy via Amazon or Ebay. Have you checked Barnes and Nobles or the equivalent in those types of book stores as well?

I wish you luck on the hunt.

It does look like an interesting book. I found this link to libraries that supposedly stock this book. Lots in and around the UK but I have no idea how close to you. Have a poke around:
