This is a device I found for sale on "Think Geek". Its a battery operated Van De Graaf electro-static generator (pump). This device so highly super-saturates the air with electro-static energy that it certain objects can actually be made to fly. Its intended as a physics geek toy. But in the hands of a Paranormal investigator, it can saturate an area with electro-static energy.
