Everyone on here seems to have this one covered, I do not feel anything paranormal from this photo. As it is hard to tell with the naked eye whether this is paranormal or just light play. My intuitive perception is that there is nothing paranormal. It is great that you are so open minded about this picture, its nice when people do not automatically think something is paranormal, that may look unusual in a photo.

Twinkle90, I can see what your friend saw, you see rays like those in many religious pictures, suppose to be coming from heaven. In this case I also feel nothing paranormal but understandable why it was thought to be

Yes I can see a figure by the red sign post! Not sure wether paranormal or just a blurred movement shot of someone actually there! You need to zoom in to see it properly, but def something there .

It was just a random snapshot. I don't get any paranormal feeling about it either tbh.

Was he doing an investigation, or was randomly taking photos at night?

I honestly don't get a "paranormal" feeling from this photo.

My friend used his camera phoned which didn't have a flash.

I would also agree it is a light reflection because I can see so many different sources of light in the picture, including the camera flash.
