Oh my goodness! I knew I felt water!!!! I kept seeing it as a wheel house....

I don't think there was a wheelhouse there, I just knew I sensed water....

Wow, that's one of the first times I have sensed something from a photo. Awesome!

Kara - I'm not sure at what point plumbing would have been installed in the cottages. My cottage is attached to 2 other cottages that are also of the same age and at least one of them was several cottages at one time. I think maybe part of one of them had a communal living space for all of the different farm cottages. The woman who lives in that house says that at one time there were doorways that went from my cottage to theirs. I will try to shoot a short video today (after I do the dishes and straighten up lol) I will show the out side of the cottages as well.

Thanks everyone, I have really enjoyed this discussion.

I'm more interested in your neighbors house.
I also get more of lots of things in the shower or other water source. The bath is my thinking place.

I certainly won't laugh at you for that. I'm not sensitive, but I have to admit I get some of my best ideas, most productive thoughts, and deepest revelations when I'm showering, or when I'm driving. Ironically those are the two times when I can do the least about it. I've learned to carry a voice recorder with me at most times now though.

Don't laugh, but when I take a shower more info comes to me. I got Youngest member of family lived there, Bohemian, writer of poetry or music, people visiting all the time. Still getting a pleasant surprise is buried under the hearth

This area has a lot of underground rivers and caves. It is about two miles east of Cheddar Gorge and about 4 miles west of Wookie Hole Cave. I will definitely do some checking around, you both seem to be spot on.

Thanks, both of you!

I think either under the fireplace or oven, a tunnel or at least artifacts. Do you get that as well "T"?

I feel like something is flowing by, an aqueduct or stream that might be connected to the Romans close by.

Most likely, I am about 20 miles southwest of Bath England where all of the Roman Baths are. I've only lived in this cottage for about 7 months.
